Sauce is one of the keys to creating food deliciousness, but it is hard to make; most people can't make the brown glossy sauce for steaks or roast meats, which is a letdown to the meal. This is a common issue around the world, is also amongst the professional chefs and eateries, so don't be hard on yourself if you can't make the brown glossy demi-glace sauce, also known as jus, for your meats.
This sauce problem sparked me the idea of inventing a new brown glossy sauce.
While there are pan sauces, powdered sauces, and cream sauces available, I hold myself to very high standards when it comes to steak sauces. Pan and powdered sauces simply don’t meet my expectations; I want the best possible, which is the demi-glace/jus that you find at fine dining restaurants, which commands high prices because it truly is the best.
The goal of inventing new brown sauces took me 2 years with many failures, but I finally made a breakthrough and invented Supreme Steak Sauces, it tastes and looks identical to demi-glaze/jus and takes 1 day to make rather than 2 days, one batch makes good ten liters, I freeze it and last for 4 months of eating steaks, roasts, stews around 10 meals per week.
It is also cheap, the food cost comes to 20 cents per serve, the gourmet butchers or Amazon are selling brown red wine sauce for $10 a pouch for two serves.

Serve it with any Supreme steak sauce or Supreme red or green sauces, it is exceptional excellent roast chicken and duck home cooking, it has never tasted so good, curing is like rapid aging meats, it adds more depth and umami to the roast, is more scrumptious and delicious, this healthy technique will make you love roast poultry more than ever.
